After reviewing your request, we will send you a return shipping label via email .
Return shipping costs
A flat fee of CHF 5.00 will be charged for return shipping.
This amount will be deducted from the refund amount or billed separately.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the originally used payment method.
The refund will only be issued after receipt and successful inspection of the package.

Worn, damaged, soiled or washed items, as well as items without tags, are excluded from return.
