These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of 917 Clothing , owner Luca Brizzi.

By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by an order confirmation via email or the goods are shipped.

3rd Prizes

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
The price at the time of ordering applies.

Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

4. Payment

The payment methods offered in the online shop are available to the customer.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of 917 Clothing until full payment is received.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are only possible in accordance with the return and refund policy published in the shop.

Worn, damaged, or washed items are excluded from return.

The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and to report any defects immediately.

9. Liability

917 Clothing is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of 917 Clothing.

11. Copyrights

All content, designs, texts, images and graphics in the online shop are subject to copyright and may not be used without written consent.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the company's registered office.
